• Dryland 12+ Weeks leading into Season, starting 2nd week of August. 
• On Hill Training 3 - 5 Days per week
• Local hills (Alpine Valley, Pine Knob, and Mt Holly)
• Special Training Opportunities at Searchmont included on select weekend

Racing Options:        

• Region 3 U.S. Ski & Snowboard Non Scored Racing Schedule
• Sunday Race Series (Alpine, Mt Holly, Pine Knob)
• NASTAR Nationals*

Must also register for:             

• U.S. Ski & Snowboard Competitors License
• Season pass at Pine Knob

Additional Fees/Races to be invoiced:

• NASTAR Nationals est. $250 for coaching expenses (does not include entry)

If the only practice for your age group is available at an "away" hill, you are invited to attend that practice.  

If practice is available at your "home" hill, you are expected to attend that practice unless receiving prior approval from the Director, 48 hours in advance of the practice.
