Training

Training and Racing: 3 - 6 days per week 6:30-8:30pm (traditionally T, W, TH and weekends not at races)

Summer/Fall Dryland Program including fall weight training

Two team options! 

• U14 Regional Team
• U14 FIS Prep Team

or the totally committed racer seeking full-scope training, dryland sessions and top-level competition and ski racing including CR3 races and qualifying for R/C Championships and beyond. 

Training:

• Dryland 12+ Weeks leading into Season, starting 2nd week of August. 
• On Hill Training 4 - 6 Days per week
• Local hills (Alpine Valley, Pine Knob, and Mt Holly)
• Special Training Opportunities at Searchmont included on select weekends

Racing Options:        

• Region 3 U.S. Ski & Snowboard Scored Racing Schedule
• Bob Hosking Races included. 
  • Other out of region races billed individually

Must also register for:             

• U.S. Ski & Snowboard Competitors License
• Season pass at Pine Knob
• Additional Fees/Races: to be invoiced:
• Central Camps and Projects billed individually for extra coaching expenses.
• R/C Championships Est. $575

Registration Fee: $3495

If the only practice for your age group is available at an "away" hill, you are invited to attend that practice.  

If practice is available at your "home" hill, you are expected to attend that practice unless receiving prior approval from the Director, 48 hours in advance of the practice.
