U14 U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team (Birth Years: 2009 - 2010)

for the totally committed racer seeking full-scope training, participation in dryland sessions and top-level competition and ski racing.

Training

Training and Racing: 3 - 6 days per week 6:30-8:30pm (traditionally T, W, TH and weekends not at races)

Summer/Fall Dryland Program including fall weight training
Dryland is more flexible with options for racers based out of Alpine Valley. Contact Derek for Details.

Pinnacle Team

Racing Options:

Region 3 U.S. Ski & Snowboard Scored Racing Schedule
Out of region races will be billed individually*
Must also register for:
- U.S. Ski & Snowboard Competitors License
- Season pass at Pine Knob

Additional Fees/Races: to be invoiced:

*Out of Region races (Shelly Glover Race): Est. $85 per day.
Central Camps and Project billed individually for extra coaching expenses. Indianhead Speed Camp, Ripley GS Camp and Race (approx $125 per day)
Searchmont Training Weekends (Est. $75 per day)
Mini Camps (billed individually) example Schuss. Est $30-50 per day
R/C Championships Est. $575

HOME HILL EXPECTATIONS

If the only practice for your age group is available at an "away" hill, you are invited to attend that practice.

If practice is available at your "home" hill, you are expected to attend that practice unless receiving prior approval from the Director, 48 hours in advance of the practice.
